Guys be careful with this agency, they treat you wonderful and say they will help you with everything when you go there first time. After you rent!, forget about that! What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have taken into account the real state of the property when we move in and not only that but how they managed it. Specially the problem with the heating, they ignored our pleas to fix the problem, and ignored or leave it to us the extra cleaning we need to do at the beginning of our tenancy, not only that but now they want to charge for a professional standard. Why the standard doesn\'t mean the same when we move in?, even when the property is falling to pieces. Why we were asked to clean the garden ourselves? No common sense whatsoever.

All in all, our experience with Palace Gates (specifically their Clapham Common office) was exceptional, as exceptional it can get when renting. We lived in one of their properties in Clapham Common for 3 years, and only moved out because we moved to the USA, otherwise we would have gladly stayed... Read Full Review
