Minor jobs that needed to be completed in the home before moving in were done within given time, I never had to worry or chase up anything.
I highly recommend Ryan if you want a pain free experience when looking to rent.

The staff at next are personable. Particularly Glen and Tiffany. Tiffany works at ensuring that any issue reported with the property I rent are dealt with in a timely manner. She is efficient. What agent could do to change your mind?
Agents fees are always bad. Having been to a number of agents the fees at Next are not the worse. The initial moving in and referencing fee is competitive and thus palatable. Unfortunately they only offer contracts for a year. Each year you have to pay an admin fee to renew the contact. The annual admin fee is too high at £150. £100 would be acceptable.

They have also show flexibility and for me that is very important.
I have been renting a property through this estate agent for 2.5 years now and if I moved to another property in this area it would be my preference to rent through them again.
