Truly awfull. I write two years after purchasing a property through Mulluck Wells. We came to collect the keys and were caught in traffic on the M11 so were due to arrive 15 minutes after scheduled closure of the office. They were adamant no one could stay and they could not leave the keys with at the local hotel. We had to stay in a hotel and cancel work plans the following day. We are now due to sell and will use Intercounty.
