We bought our first home through Minors & Brady, and as first time buyers my husband and I were very nervous about everything! Conner helped us close the sale and Nagilla was our after-sales agent, who provided seamless feedback and reassurance every step of the way - sometimes even daily! (Yes, we were THAT needy and needing to be THAT involved, haha!) Nagilla was always in constant communications helping to answer all our questions and calm our anxieties. She never made us feel like a burden. We put our offer in middle of January on the house, and we have already exchanged contracts! We want to say a HUGE thank you to Nagilla for making this such a wonderful experience!

Chloe Round was the Property consultant who showed my wife & I around a couple of properties. Firstly i must say that Minors & Brady are probably the most efficient & helpful agent we have come across in the area. All we ever got from other agents was "no you cant see the property as we are fully booked with viewings" to then see the property on the market still 3 months later with a reduced price, but not with this team. We rang and enquired and got viewings on the days that we requested. To add to that Chloe was extremely professional, helpful & knowledgeable of the properties and areas. She actually even asked us if we wanted to be added to the mailing list for any other properties that may be of interest, again something that i thought was standard but not so for other agents. She is an asset to to Minors & Brady and actually a pleasure to deal with.
