Once our sale and purchase were agreed Nagilla Santos was our after sales progressor. She worked extremely hard to follow up with all solicitors and estate agents in the chain. Agent turned up and immediately felt he didn’t like the property, other agents were enthusiastic and vibrant, their guy, not so much. Gave us his estimate which I felt was low but everyone’s opinion is different. When he asked how it sat with others and I told him it was the lowest of the 3 he became snippy, and then spent the remainder of our meeting telling me all the reasons why our house wouldn’t sell for the prices others had quoted (essentially slagging off my house for 20 minutes) and then to our amazement began slagging off the competition, telling me all the reasons they were bad (extremely unprofessional). Overall highly rude and when I mentioned this to the agent on follow up it was ignored and he said as we were listing for a large amount over their price he’d call me in 6 months when we’d dropped the price a few times and were ready to actually sell the property. I wouldn’t use this company ever, even if they paid me.

Arranged a viewing of a bungalow with Minors & Brady. We waited for 15 minutes over the arranged time before we rang them. They then informed us that their agent would not be attending as they had not been able to contact the seller. It would have been nice if they had told us too.... Read Full Review

We had arranged for them to value our property ready for marketing which we then cancelled and are now looking through other agents who know how to communicate.
Thank you Minors & Brady for totally wasting our time.
