Recently purchased a flat at Brentford Dock and found the management staff to be exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Sam and his team provide ongoing communication about everything from social events to explanation of service charges. The Security office is also responsive, visible, and eager to help. Grounds are maintained well with plantings and easy accessibility to the riverfront. The people hired by the company reflect core values, and Michael Richards stands out in that regard.

Some guy will come here on Friday and will say he can't do the job, he need this or that. This will go on for weeks. Michael Richards is a third world company.

I have to chase them each time I send an email, and even after several months, I may not get a response. The property has had several major issues, which take over a year to process, and then the workmanship them employ is less than competent and have caused issues which then need to be followed up and rectified.

This is the worst Managing Agent, I have ever come across. I have been unfortunate enough to have had them "Manage" my property for over 10 years. I have to chase them each time I send an email, and even after several months, I may not get a response. The property has had several major issues, which take over a year to process, and then the workmanship them employ is less than competent and have caused issues which then need to be followed up and rectified.
One positive thing, I can give to them, is they send bills for their "services" very promptly and are great at chasing payments even when work has not been started/completed or repaired.
I have for many years tried to arrange self management but unfortunately to no avail, we are locked into this atrocious service and I am just waiting for the building to collapse before they notice the state it is in.

This company demonstrates a sheer inability to resolve problems.
Telephone calls never returned and Mail correspondance never replied to, surly and uncooperative telephone manner from reception.
Repeated (weekly) requests for payment, yet choose to ignore you when payment is attempted. Far too quick to throw solicitors letters at you, unreasonably slow to actually be of help or service to you.
Deal with this Agency at your peril.
