This agency is abusive in its practices. We rented a house from them, a lovely house, and right off at the beginning, something felt odd. Comments on Agent Fees
The house was made to look like it was worth the fees charged but it had many structural problems. The administration fees are also abysmal for the area. We changed our lettings agency this year and everything was not only cheaper but also a lot faster.

Our dealings with staff at this branch from start to finish of our tenancy have been terrible. These people expect the rent to be paid on the dot every month without any tolerance for 1 working day. If they don't receive it then they start hassling you SEVERAL times a day chasing the rent payment. Someone should explain to them that rent does not always turn up on the exact day every...
