This agency is abusive in its practices. We rented a house from them, a lovely house, and right off at the beginning, something felt odd. The house was made to look like it was worth the fees charged but it had many structural problems. The administration fees are also abysmal for the area. We changed our lettings agency this year and everything was not only cheaper but also a lot faster.

These people expect the rent to be paid on the dot every month without any tolerance for 1 working day. If they don't receive it then they start hassling you SEVERAL times a day chasing the rent payment. Someone should explain to them that rent does not always turn up on the exact day every... 3 Jul 2012What a ridiculous complaint, of course the rent should be paid on the same day every month. Unless you are too stupid to set up a standing...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
