We would like to thank Maitlands Saltash for the friendly and efficient way they have conducted the sale of our property in Saltash. Having never sold a property before, as been at the same one for 45 years, we were pleased that all the staff we dealt with made this so easy for us . Even through lock down they have kept in touch every week firstly to advise of any viewings and then when a buyer was found how the solicitors were progressing. Special mention to Alex and Kirsty who have been brilliant throughout. I would highly recommend Maitlands Saltash to anyone looking to sell a property.

We have bought 1 house and sold 2 through this agent. Faultless service on all 3 transactions, they called every week to give updates on progress, and were always available to answer any questions.
Valuations on both the properties we sold were realistic and accurate, they each sold for the exact asking price.
These guys even helped with the little things like photocopying documents and providing contact details for local contractors that you sometimes need to correct issues that arise when selling a property.
The in house independent mortgage adviser, Barry, is a great help too.
We have no intention of moving again anytime soon but if we did the only agent we would deal with is Maitlands, they are simply the best in the area.

Sophie was absolutely fantastic and couldn't have been a better person to deal with. Maitlands as a whole was an absolute pleasure to deal with and kept us updated throughout the process with calls and e-mails. Everything was just much smoother and overall a great experience. We are now in our first home and very happy, thank you Maitlands and Sophie in particular!

Nobody like to pay estate agent fees but the staff worked really hard on our behalf so I think that the fees are pretty reasonable.

I could not be happier with the staff and support from Maitlands. We bought a property from this estate agent and they have been fantastic from day one.
