From my initial contact with Manager Ginny Goddard through to the contract tracking services led by Zoe, I have to report that my experience with Maitlands has been one of an exemplary, highly skilled, professional, and dedicated agency. I make that less than 60 hrs to sell ! ... WOW
Kim my wife knew nothing about any of this until after the event ! but was bold over by the news.
We have had a long & pleasent association with Maitlands staff over the years but this time you have all out shone yourselves not just with the sale but also with the care & thought you gave to Kim regarding her Dad`s Cancer & sad death.
So many thanks to everyone that helped me make our rapid Purchase & Sale possible. I have finally been able to put Kim back where she desreves to be.

Less than 24 hours after we instructed Maitlands to sell our home we accepted an offer above the asking price.
Vicky and the team have been great from start to finish with good communication to keep us updated when it's needed. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maitlands to anyone.

The fees are a little more expensive than offer local agents, we would have liked to have the percentage phased based on the property sale price. However, we do admit that had we chosen another agent we are unlikely to have received the same level of service. Given the choice we would not change to another agent to save a few hundred pounds.

From the my partner and I putting our property on the market and finding our next home the Maitland's team were outstanding. They went above any beyond what we expected to help us secure our next house and sell our current one.
We experienced a few issues during the process (as expected) and at each of these Maitland's updated us straight away and returned each time they had an update.
I cannot recommend Maitland's highly enough, a truly great team who put us at ease and made the process almost stress free and made us feel like we were important and valued. If we ever decided to move again it would take something drastic for us to use any other estate agent.
Special mention to Zoe who was outstanding, kept us updated throughout!!

Zoe was excellent once our purchase was underway and really helped smoothed the process out, chasing when necessary and keeping everything on track. If there was a hold up, it got moving once Zoe got involved!

I have just bought my first house through Maitlands. I had put my requirements on various agents lists but had not seen anything that really did it for me. When Jeanette left a message on my phone I was at the point where I did not think I was going to find my requirements, but the house ticked all my boxes.
I found Jeanette to be friendly and genuine. There were no sales tactics or pressure to make an offer. I was informed when I asked that there were a few other viewings booked and that the house was likely to sell within a week. The rest was up to me. Viewing time slots were decent and not rushed. I visited the house 4 times before I got the keys and Maitlands were happy to accommodate.
There is also a great move service where you are given a weekly update on how your purchase is progressing. I had Zoe and she was really good as I always felt informed, and the whole process was really smooth.
I would totally recommend Maitlands. All of the staff in the office are really nice, and were always happy to answer my questions or have a little chat or pat my dog!
