I have recently had the misfortune to have met with David Heywood from Louis Taylor estate agents. This was regards to a property sale in Stoke on Trent. What agent could do to change your mind?
Move David to admin duties or a role where he does not deal with the customer directly. He does not have the education or common sense levels to liaise/negotiate with customers. or Sack him.
