I recently sold my late mother's home through Louis Taylor.(Newcastle under lyme) The high level of support i received from both Sam Morall and Gemma Wooliscroft was invaluable during such a a difficult time for me. They guided me through the whole process in such a friendly and professional manner, based on this alone and not even the fact how quickly the house was sold, I would have no hesitation using the company again.. I have recently had the misfortune to have met with David Heywood from Louis Taylor estate agents. This was regards to a property sale in Stoke on Trent. What agent could do to change your mind?
Move David to admin duties or a role where he does not deal with the customer directly. He does not have the education or common sense levels to liaise/negotiate with customers. or Sack him.
