Morgans was founded in September 1997 with the specific aim of establishing and developing city living in Leeds. Our business is built around the principles of hard work, customer service and market expertise. We continue to approach each day as if it\'s our first. Our offices are open over 60 hours a week, includ
ing four late nights until 8pm and a full day on a Saturday, making us the most accessible agent in the city centre. Morgans has grown organically and with control and now employs 45 people, 36 of whom work in the city centre office at 1 Dock Street, in the heart of Leeds\'​ riverside area. Bad - Charging for things that were not present in the flat to begin with, trying to charge for rent on dates after the tenancy contract ended, ill informed advisors with what I would only describe as very basic training and knowledge of property management.

Great at getting you in, however when you come to vacate as already detailed in many other reviews this is when they let their self down. Disgraceful treatment on checkout appointment. Two of us cleaned the flat thoroughly but obviously not to the satisfaction of the dust person.
