I've been a client for almost 10 years and still recommending this agent to anyone I come across who has or needs a property. Fair charges and fair play for both tenant and landlord. The staff always go beyond the call of duty and are helpful without prejudice.

Phillippa was very approachable and extremely helpful. All my queries were answered within a 24 hour time period and nothing was too much trouble. All the stages of the rental were fully explained which was great as this was my first time renting. All viewings I requested were either promptly arranged or I was advised ant issues. Philippa was always on time for any appointments. I was new to the Basingstoke area and Philippa was even helpful enough to recommend various amenities too me. My experience with this company was extremely positive and I would recommend them to anyone

I have been a tenant with Lets Rent for 4 and half years and can not fault them at all. I had an awful experience with a previous company and the way they made me feel. Lets rent are the opposite and offer me a brilliant service. Problems that have needed fixing over the years such as heating, electrical and plumbing etc they have dealt with very promptly. My first year with them I had a problem with the heating and this was in freezing conditions, and that same evening they arrived with emergency heaters for my young child and me. This excellent service has continued and I would not want to rent with any other company. Karen, Philippa and Carly are friendly, approachable and very professional and have helped me to not only rent a house with peace of mind but make a home that I enjoy taking care of. Thank you.

The agent Karen I dealt with was very unpleasant and rude. I called on a Sunday as all the lights in the house were not working, because the fuse blew. This was during the winter days were in got dark at 16:30 - 17:00. I rang them at 14:00. Karen answered the emergency line and shouted at me on the ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
My general experience with Lets Rent in Basingstoke was not good. They try and charge you crazy amounts after moving out for check out fees and cleaning fees that are not necessary. I had only been in the property for 6months and the property was not in a great condition when i moved in. They are not very flexible in negotiation. Overall I would not recommend this agency

The agent Karen I dealt with was very unpleasant and rude. I called on a Sunday as all the lights in the house were not working, because the fuse blew. Karen answered the emergency line and shouted at me on the phone saying it was a Sunday and there was nothing she could do. I was very polite to her and stated that I can not be in a dark house with no lights. She ended up calling someone out (after much encouragement) and it turned out it was a 2 minute job. The way she spoke to me was HIGHLY unprofessional and rude and I believe she is one of the seniors in the company
