The agent Karen I dealt with was very unpleasant and rude. I called on a Sunday as all the lights in the house were not working, because the fuse blew. What agent could do to change your mind?
My general experience with Lets Rent in Basingstoke was not good. They try and charge you crazy amounts after moving out for check out fees and cleaning fees that are not necessary. I had only been in the property for 6months and the property was not in a great condition when i moved in. They are not very flexible in negotiation. Overall I would not recommend this agency
