I have known Karen, Carly and Philippa for the last 8 years. I have rented a property through them and now as a landlord I use their service to find new customers. Extremely efficient, kind, polite and professionals. I will never look for anyone else. Their service is second to none. They are always open to give you the best suggestions and help you in any situations. I would recommend them to anyone. The properties they advertise are extremely good, clean and tidy. I cannot say enough on how good they are. Excellent job!

We have been using Let's Rent for about 8 years and they are currently managing two properties for us. They have always provided an excellent, personal service, which is fair to both landlords and tenants. Our properties have always been rented out quickly, with very few empty periods between tenants. Any maintenance issues have been handled really swiftly and at a reasonable cost.

We have now been tenants with Lets Rent for over three years and they are without a doubt the best tenancy agency we have used, The staff are friendly and approachable, and are quick to respond to any action or query. On more than one occasion we have had to contact them with an urgent issue and they have got back to us about it the same day. The vast majority of the time, any issue we have had has been sorted within the week, and any non-urgent issues are followed up as soon as they have time in their busy schedules. We were particularly grateful for their understanding when a property we were looking to purchase fell through, forcing us to revoke our notice period. Thanks to some quick negotiation with the landlord we are happily still living in our rented accommodation.

They do everything for me, fully managed in every way, meaning that I do not have to focus my attention on these properties. If something needs doing, they will do it, cost effectively and quickly. If it is a larger job, then they will get multiple quotes from reliable tradespeople and offer the options to me.

If it is a larger job, then they will get multiple quotes from reliable tradespeople and offer the options to me.
I have hardly lost any rent days in the 7 years that we have been working together, they find new tenants before my previous tenants move out meaning that I do not have to worry.
Most importantly, is that the advice on letting, the market, pricing is always accurate, honest and fair.
I can not recommend the entire Lets Rent team enough.

My husband and I have been using Let's Rent Property Management in Basingstoke for over 7 years now to manage our flat. We have been extremely pleased with all the work they have done for us, which has always been completed in an efficient and effective manner. I have rented my property using Lets Rent Property Management for the last seven years or so and could not recommend a better company. Having many properties managed by many different companies, Lets Rent are by far leaps and bounds above the rest. I am promptly informed if there is a problem, the problem is then dealt with efficiently, I get periodic statuses about my property when the checks are conducted and finally payment is always on time. I could not be a better advocate for them. Thank you to the entire team - keep doing what you do so well!

Lets Rent are extremely professional in all aspect of the letting process. Lets Rent started to manage properties for me a few years ago and as the opportunity to switch sites to them has arisen I have given them more to do. They are the only agent I have used which balances the needs of the landlord and tenant correctly.
If things need doing at the properties they tell me and organise the work well. If the tenants are not being straight, they tell them and look after my interests.
I would recommend Lets Rent to landlords with no hesitation.

I've been renting through various agencies for the past 10 years and I can quite honestly say Lets Rent are by far the most professional and personable outfit that I've dealt with.
From our initial inquiry right through to moving in and even check out was a smooth transitional process, all paperwork and referencing was completed quicker than elsewhere. Admin fees are very competitive and you wouldn't find any cheaper for the quality of service.
Their best quality is how personable they are and it really feels like a family run business yet are a highly professionally run organisation.
I would highly recommend using the services of Lets Rent and I'll definitely be using them again in the near future.

Lets Rent property Management Basingstoke provide us with an excellent service. Their attention to detail ensures that as Landlords we have very little to worry about in that they handle all the admin, rent collection etc with total professionalism. When I moved to Basingstoke from Ipswich in 2009, I rented property through them. As I was new to UK, wasn't aware of the property renting process. When I moved to Basingstoke from Ipswich in 2009, I rented property through them. As I was new to UK, wasn't aware of the property renting process. Initially these guys charged me 258 GBP administration fees, 90 GBP check in fees plus VAT. After 8 months, when we left the house, they charged 90 GBP check out fees + VAT (which is paid by landlord generally) and 190 GBP for cleaning the house. Now I have been staying in Basingstoke for two and half years, and rented another property after that at the same block (winterthur way) again through a different agency and they just charged 200 GBP inclusive VAT and no check in, check out fees. I would suggest no to go to these guys for any property dealing.

Take these properties off the net if they are no longer on the market and save us a phone call!
