This company and all of the many managers allocated to take care of our property were totally useless, deceitful and plain lazy. The word scammer is too good for them. Do NOT go anywhere near this poor excuse for a letting agent! They do not carry out inspections. They do not report any damage or take any responsibility for damage, expecting the landlord to pay for everything. If you go with this company please be VERY careful. They will promise you the earth but you will end up with nothing but grief and lots of costs. They accept NO responsibility for damage by tenants. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been truthful and tried to resolve issues without lies and deceipt. Been better at communication and respond to queries.

I paid 12% "management fee" but apparently all this covers is them finding a tenant then paying you your share of the rent. You will be lucky to receive any other helpo with your property and everything will be left to you to sort out.
