We were disappointed with the level of support we had from Lee Shaw Stourbridge which took them over 18 months to sell our house. I and my family visited at least 8 properties with them for lettings. Very rude and unprofessional. Please engage them only if you have plenty of time to waste. The most awful experience. Do not use Lee Shaw. They are difficult, rude and are highly unprofessional. Their conduct is questionable and dishonest. They refused to inform us of a counter offer, refused to give us the details of the situation and but were happy to string us and our agent along... Read Full Review

I have found this agent to to be very professional. I am renting a property from them and the staff are all professional and do what is expected of them.
