I was trying to purchase a house to add to my portfolio of rentals across the West Midlands. I agreed a price on the house with Jo, 4 days later I was called to say that I had been outbid on the property and it was no longer mine. What agent could do to change your mind?
Hire better staff and train them better, Jo is the main reason why I will never be using this agent again.
