For the past few years Liam Percival has been my property manager who is well organised and keeps me updated dealing with any issues that may arise. He even oversaw the renovation of one of my flats at the beginning of the year. I have absolute confidence in him and Leaders. A big thank you.

We had some issues with Leaders Worthing at the start of the buying process, but they smoothed these out and things got better as time went on. In brief, we booked a viewing that never got put in the diary and thus we waited outside the property for nothing, despite leaving three messages on the office voicemail. We then went to the office, got told by the person there that “she was on lettings, so couldn't help us” (which was not professional) and then on leaving an initial negative review, it was taken personally by a member of the team and she handled it extremely unprofessionally by calling us to defend herself, rather than make amends. Chris the manager did however call us and arrange for us to get back into the property and smoothed things over, but also worked hard on the negotiation to get the purchase over the line. Lessons learned are always make sure you get a confirmation email for viewings and when things get tough, speak to Chris to get them back on track.

Leaders dealt with the sale of my property. I had 4 estate agents round to value my property and chose leaders based on my conversations with Chris. He was fantastic from start to finish through a very difficult sale and had it not been for the constant mediation between all parties by Joe I don't think the sale would have happened. I would definitely recommend Leaders due to Chris and Joe !!

This company will seem reasonable until you vacate your property. They will then use the check out report as a money extortion opportunity by making up examples of where the property hasn't been "sufficiently cleaned" . In our case this was despite the fact that as tenants we had spent a significant amount of money ourselves to ensure that the place was professionally cleaned and had receipts to prove it. The so called inventories will seek to place all responsibility on to the tenants and photos were taken of appliances opened but the landlord in the property that had never been replaced- such as a decade old shower head- suggesting that this should have been completely limescale free.

One example - taking a photo of a spider that had made a web after we had cleaned the property, and we'd already vacated it, and accusing us of leaving the place 'unclean'!! I would have allocated this review to someone in the Worthing branch but i don't want anything more to do with them and also some of the staff listed on here don't even work there so what's the point. I work for the local authority and often have to give people who live out of the area, and want to move here, details of Worthing letting agents and i can 100% say i will never recommend Leaders to anyone. (1 star is too much but it wouldn't let me put 0)

I have been with Leaders for 2years and have on several occassions had to contact them with problems that occured with the property I rent, most of the time the response and service we received from them resolved the problem straight away but we did have a situation which took 2 months to resolve which was not all Leaders fault that it took so long but each time I contacted Leaders they were very apologetic and kept me informed of progress to resolve the complaint. All staff that I speak with are polite and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone.

Found staff members very helpful and friendly - Karen Owen was particularly helpful from the very 1st phone call and gave a very professional service. She went out of her way to help us get the best deal from our rent, which we very much appreciated.
So far, other staff members have been good in helping us smooth out teething problems in the early days and responses have been prompt.
As far as letting agents go, we would use again, probably the best and friendliest service I have experienced with a letting agents - and I've used a few..
