We rented a 4 bed property in Eastbourne, when we moved in the kitchen was disgusting and paintwork was worn and tired. We complained and got some money for cleaning ourselves. Could be lower. We have another property which is fully managed at a lower fee. We dont get charged for renewal of lease of tenants
