I had called this agent on Friday 15/11/2013 to ask of property was available for viewing, I was told that it is available and the staff took all my details and requested me to wait and some one would ring me. I had an awful experience with Kirby's and would not recommend them to anyone. We arranged a viewing with them and I took some time off work but when i arrived they had brought the wrong keys with them and then told us that a contractor had the ones that they needed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more efficient and not slow and disorganised. Be helpful. Give people a full inventory
