We rented a property with Kingstons for a few years, at the end of the tenancy the property was sold. At move out we were told that the wear and tear on two of the carpets would be taken from our deposit and the carpets would need to be cleaned and then replaced if the cleaning was not good enough. ... What agent could do to change your mind?
To be honest at this stage an apology would help, but there is such a 'bad taste' left over from the experience I don't think that would be enough to smooth things over.

The whole process from the valuation to the day of completion was very smooth. Staff were helpful and friendly.
