Appalling. Very arrogant agent. Couldn't give us an answer to any enquiries we made regarding the property we were interested to buy, to a point where he actually made us feel bad for asking any more questions. The worst experience of my life. Lack of information, double or triple requests for the same documents. Unprofessional service, rudeness, no respect of the agreement in terms of timing. First visit.. they forgot the appointment! Plus they are not clear on which are the charges from the agency... Read Full Review

There is nothing they can do now. They have been rather unhelpful.

The whole experience has left me bitter and twisted and I would advise everyone to AVOID. - Finding and leasing the property KFH, we took a 'furnished' flat. Following a 9 hour drive down from Scotland with what we thought we need to set up house in Putney, we moved in to find 'furnished' only... Read Full Review
