As a person who is very competent with sales, and critical of poor communication and poor customer service., I can say that Jade at KFH listened to us and mediated when things were pointed out. Save your time and money do not use KFH lack of professionalism mocking the buyer, lack of communication with viewing. Does it really take 4days to reply back to emails?
