I was disappointed with the lack of service provided from KFH. Only after our tenancy did we find out that the reason the previous tenants moved out was actually as a result of the landlord and we were informed it was the tenants who were causing difficulties. KFH started out great. I received prompt replies, quick viewings and attention during my search. They were flexible when it came to scheduling a second viewing and came across as honest and reliable. We dealt with a number of estate agents on the area and had a lot of difficult situations. Many estate agents didn't listen to what we wanted or care about our requirements.
