Let me preface this review by stating that zero stars would have been my rating of choice if possible. I have lived in London for 12 years and have dealt with virtually all the major letting agencies, but my most recent experience with KFH was truly shocking. KFH's handling of the maintenance of my flat in a 1.5 year span was beyond pathetic. Whether it was dealing with faulty building alarms, re-painting after a major flood or simply getting exterior windows cleaned once in 1.5 years (they were ultimately cleaned with month left in my tenancy when the flat was starting to get shown) I had to email and call the agency over 15x in each instance to get any sort of follow through. Predictably at the end of my tenancy it took two weeks to get my deposit back and I had to chase several times to ensure it happened. Long story short, avoid engaging this letting agency like the plague. You will regret having to deal with them.

I was disappointed with the lack of service provided from KFH. Only after our tenancy did we find out that the reason the previous tenants moved out was actually as a result of the landlord and we were informed it was the tenants who were causing difficulties.
We moved into a property which was without an oven for 2 months, and had numerous issues with the hot water. We filed for compensation which was never followed through and felt like the agent involved was just a messenger and didn't really provide any help or guidance as an agent should.
If i knew how unhelpful KFH were going to be throughout this process i wouldn't have bothered letting with them. I'm extremely disappointed with the service and unfortunately no one in the branch seems to be that bothered.
In addition the agent doesn't appear to have any knowledge on the rights of tenants and landlords which made filing for compensation very difficult as we were dealing with an agent who didn't know anything on the rights and regulations

KFH started out great. I received prompt replies, quick viewings and attention during my search. They were flexible when it came to scheduling a second viewing and came across as honest and reliable.
However, once I decided to put in an offer with them things turned very quickly. Response times dropped, KFH failed to communicate important pieces of information and generally became difficult to work with. In addition, their digital signing and document review system sounds practical however, is everything but useful - its confusing, tedious and often contained invalid information. Delays in response were put down to being short-staffed. Overall a service I wouldn't recommend.

We dealt with a number of estate agents on the area and had a lot of difficult situations. Many estate agents didn't listen to what we wanted or care about our requirements. I can honestly say Chrissie was an exception to all of the others. She never once sent us a property that wasn't suitable for us, she found us perfect properties that just didn't quite fit exactly what we wanted (we had a some very fussy housemates) but were exactly fitting for what we needed. She only showed us areas that we wanted to move to. She listened!!!!!! If we could have chosen someone to select a property with we would have loved to dealt with Chrissie alone and would have signed with KFH purely because of her and her service. We unfortunately found a property with another agent, purely by luck - if Chrissie had found us another property on the same day she would have been our choice - I can highly recommend the company to anyone looking to rent in the Fulham area and also if her service is standard then anyone at all looking to rent in London - Extremely impressed and if we ever need to find a property again they will be our first port of call!!!

Chrissie has invested time to find for us a challenging solution, in a specific area with a specific budget.
On top of that she has been extremely flexible, fitting last minute requests into her busy working agenda.
Differently from other agencies we have been liaising with, she has maximised the time showing us solutions which will effectively representing our requests.
I would definitely recommend Chrissie because of her professionality.

This was my first time dealing with KFH in Fulham and I would rate them highly based on my overall experience. The agent Chrissie Thompson was very professional and highly efficient in the way she acted in helping us secure a 24 month contract in a great property in Fulham. Having dealt with a lot of other agents in the past, I thought Chrissie was very personable in her approach and didn't just give us a standard sales pitch. She also made herself available in the evenings which was a big bonus for us due to our working hours. I would definitely recommend both KFH and this agent to others.

KFH and Leah Wright in particular were a joy to do business with. Leah was always extremely courteous, charming, and very well presented. Do not use Foxtons) . I will recommend her to friends, family and colleagues, in the full knowledge that she will do an excellent job. In short, Leah was a breath of fresh air.
