We found KFH to be really friendly, helpful and reliable. The team works well together and it feels like they are all committed to selling your property. Terrible, they charge for everything. They extort you for £42 at the end of the tenancy to provide a reference to a new agency....THIS IS JUST A DUTY. How am I supposed to move house without a reference? All they have to do is reply to an email that says "Yes, they paid all their rent and always paid on time"......

I cannot stress strongly enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The local 'manager' was incompetent, rude and arrogant! We did sell the property BUT we had to chase up the buyers. What agent could do to change your mind?
Have decent customer relations with regard to complaints. Act on complaints to improve the company and re-train staff. Don\'t allow area managers to be rude or arrogant. Treat clients respectfully and when they get it wrong, hold your hands up, deal with situations accordingly - then don\'t make the same mistake again!
