Avoid any dealing with this agency. They are incompetent, unresponsive and simply lie. They ripped out the flooring without letting us know and we've been living with cement floors for 6 months! they are simply awful - I would rather poke my eyes out than ever have to deal with these... What agent could do to change your mind?
Be proactive, don\'t make promises you can\'t keep, have respect for tenants instead of only caring about the landlords interests. You\'ll find they are two sides of the same coin. And get organised!
