Not even sharing a star, it's been that bad, I'll name names if they don't lift their game. Simplest thing they can do is pick up the phone in response to an email, (from which I've had zero correspondence with, in an existing tenancy). Awful experience.... Read Full Review

Unhelpful, biased, expensive and bordering on dishonest agents. Do not use these people. I have found no satisfaction despite endless complaint and follow through. Currently heading for independent review by ombudsman. It's the complete opposite of what anyone would wish for in terms of good ... Read Full Review
