Very poor service. I resent the fact that I paid this branch to make this let far more complex, time consuming and costly than had I self - managed the let. Comments on Agent Fees
Average fees for the area. Could have managed the let myself with less work than they created at no cost ( I do have some property knowledge and contacts though so this may not be the case for everybody )
