On the initial viewing the agent, Amanda was great. She was enthusiastic, positive and raring to go on the sale. The property was overvalued but Amanda understood our need to sell quickly so she agreed to a realistic value price.
The agent managed to get 2 viewings very quickly but both seemed strange prospective buyers, and neither were interested in the property. After those viewings were completed (one viewed for a second time) we received no feedback from John Francis and things went totally quiet for the next 4 weeks. No calls or communication from the agent. As the customer we had to fight for information.
John Francis had promised they would work hard to sell our house, and they would send more agents to the house to see the lay out so when viewings took place the agents would be ready. The agent was also supposed to book an EPC. None of these things happened. In fact when we then asked to take the house off the market John Francis didn't even ask why; they just wished us luck with selling our property!
Do not use this Estate Agents. On the outside they promise the world, but deliver nothing. Poor service and bad customer service.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
