What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent in question could have started off by just being polite. Only one person made the experience anything other than awful. You get a distinct impression that you are at the bottom of the pecking order (buyers/sellers first, then landlords, then tenants). While this may be true in terms of business, it is unacceptable to treat anyone like a second class citizen because you\'re not helping bring in the big money. Generally disgusted.
