Really found the staff unprofessional and not really interested in me. They gave me some info and did not know the answers to simple questions, when I said I was thinking of moving to the area, they spoke to me like I knew where particular roads were. I asked for a place within a 20 min walk of... Read Full Review

Really found the staff unprofessional and not really interested in me. They gave me some info and did not know the answers to simple questions, when I said I was thinking of moving to the area, they spoke to me like I knew where particular roads were. I asked for a place within a 20 min walk of the station, then gave me details of one that they said on questioning was closer to Luton!? Huh, would not go back.
