Terrible experience. Once they get the deposit they don't care about the clients. Overcharging people for admin fees and credit check etc, they trick clients to make profit. Avoid this ... Read Full Review

Really found the staff unprofessional and not really interested in me. They gave me some info and did not know the answers to simple questions, when I said I was thinking of moving to the area, they spoke to me like I knew where particular roads were. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
