Unfair viewing and applicant process. The company had lost the keys so my 2.45 pm viewing was delayed and so I waited in the rain until 3.15 pm with the 3pm and 3.15pm viewers. I purchased a property in 2013 which was handled by James Pye and it was a very good experience.
