1. When we viewed the property the Estate agent turned up at the wrong property and the lady who owned the house had no idea we were there to view the house. Terrible, no idea about how to manage a sale! Had an offer accepted and a verbal confirmation by Hunters....'saying there would be no more bids on the property – its yours'!!. Then in 30mins I had a call saying there had been a better (Higher) offer accepted and I would need to bid higher.... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be transparent and consistent during the bidding process Work hard for the buyer to obtain a reasonable price - not just the seller Maintain Hunter company policies during the bidding process, rather than agreeing to random bids. Dealing with compliants better - offering customers to speak with management, without being prompted General improvement in competency of staff
