Absolute clowns! Always have a attitude, never want to sort any issues with the property. I left the property 2 month ago and they aren't releasing my deposit, talking about damage when I have emails from them accepting it wasn't my fault.... Read Full Review

Having the process of starting to find a new house, I viewed properties online and contacted Hunters and asked them for the details on three houses to be told each one was tenented and not for sale, so why are they still advertising them?. Absolutely horrendous service. They prey on Students in the middlesbrough area. The house was an absolute death trap and we were promised it would be sorted before we moved in. What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to realise they cannot prey on Students who do not know their rights.

Over priced for the state of the house. They even tried to charge us more between the viewing and signing the contract.

Hunters, their name pays tribute to their business practice their prey being students. Other than lying to us on a number of occasions. They also try and take advantage of their Tenant and students who commonly don't know their rights, by entering the property without permission. Our landlord... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
In order for these people to improve there practice would require a complete turn around in idelolgy its clear that their whole business practice is to put their landlords first in all circumstances. They will lie and cheat to get the most out of their tennants including planing so that things that were wrong in the first place will be used at the end to withhold deposits.

Fees would be acceptable even though it is un fairly high due to us being students but this is the same with all agents, however the fees are unacceptable in this case due to hunters terrible attitude and abuse of power
