Certainly wouldn't recommend at all, we have had all sorts of problems in our property since living here and we have quite clearly been ignored and lied to on several occasions. The problems that we are having were not mentioned to us when moving in, we had to hear it from builders. Not very... Read Full Review

Certainly wouldn't recommend at all, we have had all sorts of problems in our property since living here and we have quite clearly been ignored and lied to on several occasions. The problems that we are having were not mentioned to us when moving in, we had to hear it from builders. Not very professinal or honest in the slightest.

Over the past 2 years , I have reported several times that my back door is temperamental and does not always lock properly (as well as front bedroom window not opening resulting in a fire hazard) but nothing has been done. Comments (0)Over the past 2 years , I have reported several times that my back door is temperamental and does not always lock properly (as well as front bedroom window not opening resulting in a fire hazard) but nothing has been done. My house was broken into last week (through the back door) whilst my young daughter and I were asleep upstairs and the agents are refusing to accept any responsibility. The back door still has not been replaced (a week later) despite somebody apparently coming to do it Monday and then today.

The property is not safe and yet despite breaking numerous contractual terms they are still not accepting any responsibly for the break in or the stolen goods.
