Absolute joke from day 1. We were at the point of exchange and we were told by our SOLICITOR that somethong dodgy was underway when it came to the reports from the surveyors they had sent round. Funnily enough the buyers pulled out, and we are still non the wiser! Thankfully our solicitor and the... Read Full Review

We then went and moved estate agents.. do me a favour.. dont waste your time with them...

From the very first phone call I was lied to and ignored*. The particular property we were enquiring about had been available for a year but as soon as we showed an interest another party also miraculously appeared too, in fact they viewed the property ten minutes prior to us (I must have just missed them) and also put in an offer at exactly the same time. Our offer was ignored for at least two days, with no acknowledgement of it being received, then we saw the property on the website now marked as let agreed! To whom; us or the other party? It would be lovely to know! We walked away from the deal and will NEVER even consider dealing with this agent again.
