This agent was chosen based on previous reviews. However, our experience did not meet our expectations. We were misled over the status of a chain and a mortgage application which ultimately failed leading to us losing our proposed purchase and wasting two months. This cost us extra in legal fees ... I would highly recommend Home Estate to any one looking for an estate agent. Emily looked after me throughout the process of buying a property in Staylybridge.
