We bought a house through Hawes and Co in Raynes Park in 2012 and found they made it an even more stressful process than usual. We initially put the property on the market in February 2013 and all appeared to be moving along fine. What agent could do to change your mind?
Manage the sale by not passing us between all the staff in the office. Do their job properly by checking the financial status of the prospective buyers and keeping the customer informed instead of the customer chasing for updates.
