Not great. We had a few issues in the flat we are currently renting and had to wait ages for someone to come and fix it. E.g. Terrible. Do not appear to know current legislation which has resulted in us experiencing unnecessary delays. He does'nt return phone calls and thinks nothing of lying to cover up his sheer lack of interest. Untrustworthy and incompetant is the only way to describe them. Caused us a few sleepless... Simple, honest and timely communication with the tenant. Accurate and timely paperwork. A modicum of respect and professionalism.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
