Don't use this company - additional charges. Agreed a fixed fee then charged thousands more many months after the sale "unbilled time". Don't use this company - additional charges. Agreed a fixed fee then charged thousands more many months after the sale for "unbilled time". Very unethical and please use another company for property tranactions. Not responding to our points, eg providing signed letter of engagement. Hugely disappointed and frustrated with Gilson Gray. Also aware of this practice with other people in the property space so this is not a one off. Complaint being made to Scottish Legal Complaints Commission.
