I've never gotten the feeling that he'd mind going the extra mile which is quite impressive after many viewings, several rejected offers and even now after the tenancy has commenced.
I've now had several transactions with Fyfe McDade and with Michael Roberts in particular they are my first choice agents.

Worst experience ever with a letting agency. Not responsive at all. We have paid them a fee in order for them to change the lead tenant name with DPS and they have not performed their duties. Worst experience ever with a letting agency.
Not responsive at all.
We have paid them a fee in order for them to change the lead tenant name with DPS and they have not performed their duties. As a result our deposit has been blocked for more than two months now. The staff at Fyfe Mcdada have no clue what they are doing and are unable to solve any issue you may have.
Never again.

Michael swiftly and seamlessly helped us find the ideal tenants to accommodate our flat in Islington. He suggested a time scale and was able to deliver much sooner.
In the process of finding new tenants, Michael always kept me well informed and went above and beyond to ensure the service given was of the highest quality. It was clear to me that he has the industry knowledge and the ability to deliver this knowledge to his clients in a way that is easily understandable.
The process was very smooth and stress-free thanks to Michael. Would highly recommend to any landlord who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent to lease out their property.
