Very rude took ages too arange a viewing said she was going to be late we had other viewings so had to cancel after driving all the way there then had voice mail saying had made it on time and expected us to be there. What agent could do to change your mind?
Call back when you promise Be truthful with advice, the dodgy saleman tactics are clear they\'re just that Put offers forward to your client when you receive them.... in this instance it was clear there was a lesser offer competing, but the other buyers could complete marginally faster so they got their commission quicker.... it seemed to be all about when they got their commission which drove their behaviour.
