My experiance with Freeman Forman is very poor they tried to blame myself and my partner for mould issue where they said the tennant before us didn't have the issue but according to the neighbours the remnants before did have the issue and we are now being surfed with an eviction notice... My experiance with Freeman Forman is very poor they tried to blame myself and my partner for mould issue where they said the tennant before us didn't have the issue but according to the neighbours the remnants before did have the issue and we are now being surfed with an eviction notice what a wast of 12 months money in my opinion we was also told windows where double glazed well why is the cold still coming through them and why are we hearing every person talking when they walk passed ? I would recommend else where the rent was so high I could of got more for what I was paying

I felt very offended and put out when I was told I could not view a property as I did not have my own house up or sale. Total discrimination. I felt very offended and put out when I was told I could not view a property as I did not have my own house up or sale. Total discrimination. I was genuinely interested in the property with the hope of putting my own property on the market soon and was shocked to receive a voice mail on the day of my proposed viewing after making special agreements. No further help or support was offered just quite rudely told if my situation changes then to call them. It has certainly not encouraged me to use them for when I do put my house on the market.

We had previously tried to sell our property through Freeman Forman but this was a terrible experience. They agreed we could terminate our sales agreement with them in view of all the mistakes and problems they had put us through. We vowed never to do business with them again. We later found a property to buy through Lampons which we later discovered were part of the same Countrywide Group as Freeman Forman and during our negotiations the two firms were merged and we ended up again dealing with Freeman Forman. We received good service from Ross Horne (ex Lampons) but not in other dealings. However, two months after we had our offer accepted the vendor withdrew the house from sale - everyone seemed to know except us as Freeman Forman had not had the common courtesy to pick up the telephone and tell us. My recommendation would be never to deal with these people.

When I phoned them again they exp land a tenant was at the property so there was only a few times when viewings can take place which is not convenient to me. Rather than trying to help the sales lady was rude on the phone.

It is a shame. I would like to tell the vendor about the poor service and encourage him NOT TO SELL A HOUSE WITH FREEMAN FOREMAN in eastbourne.

DISCUSTING, Freeman Forman dishonest, rude, cheating pig. He came round and talked my mum into giving him £500 cash upfront to get her all set up with no receipt in which I have now found he has also charged her 2% for selling her house. Much to my annoyance I visited his office to find two girl's completely ignore me to continue eating toast at their desk and talk about their weekend, when I was finally acknowledged I was told he was too busy to speak to me, after numerous ignored phone calls this is the level of service I received, I have asked for a receipt multiple times to which I have been ignored, hopefully now the property ombudsmen and cowboy traders can help with my complaints. Please please do not use this predator to sell your home . All my friends at Eastbourne law society will know about this sad excuse of a man
