Fantastic service from start to finish from Freeman Forman in Tonbridge. After months of being on the market with another local agent offering discounted fees but generating no interest on my property I decided to switch to Freeman Forman and what a difference. They booked multiple viewings on my home within days of marketing and secured a buyer after 3 weeks. I was one of those people who believed all agents offer the same service and chose the cheapest option but I can genuinely say that this isn’t the case. Freeman Forman may charge a little more but they worth every pennies of their fee. Thank you so much Arnaud and the team. Highly recommended.

Very rude took ages too arange a viewing said she was going to be late we had other viewings so had to cancel after driving all the way there then had voice mail saying had made it on time and expected us to be there. We put in numerous offers, all above asking price for a property. They failed to call us back on each and every occasion to keep us up to date on what's happening and we had to keep chasing them. What agent could do to change your mind?
Call back when you promise Be truthful with advice, the dodgy saleman tactics are clear they\'re just that Put offers forward to your client when you receive them.... in this instance it was clear there was a lesser offer competing, but the other buyers could complete marginally faster so they got their commission quicker.... it seemed to be all about when they got their commission which drove their behaviour.

They wanted to market our own property, but since they've proven to be incredibly unreliable and not trustworthy, I certainly won't be giving them my business going forward.
Our experience of buying was with the Tonbridge branch, for selling was the Tunbridge Wells branch. It just seems they blow smoke up your behind to secure the sale of your property, but when it comes to being a buyer at the same time through them, it's an incredibly poor experience full of sharp practice and broken promises. It came across as everything you would dislike about estate agents rolled into the one company....

After our house sale fell through with a large tonbridge estate agent we switched to freeman foreman. I was nervous after reading mixed reviews however the office manager Ben Siggins was great. He was very approachable efficient and friendlly. The house is under offer in less than two weeks! I would recommend the tonbridge branch to anyone. Ben has drive and a positive attitude as well as a cool business head. He delt swiftly with telephone calls, negotiated offers and kept me up to date. I can not praise him more highly. He also has strong back up from Pauline ,Holly and David the weekend assistant. All of whom are professional and very efficient.

Appalling staff member using insulting language when he believed telephone call had ended. Would suggest they ensure phone has been hung up before insulting potential customers. Disgusting behaviour. I would never use or indeed recommend using this branch... Read Full Review
