We have rented with Frank innes for 14 months, we have dealt with a few different agents, Emily and Sandra, I've never gone out of my way to write a bad review but I've never been treated so poorly in all my years of renting.
Always were rude, terrible attitude on the phones, the property was given to us in poor condition and still dirty from the previous tenants, when trying to move and leave Frank Innes, they were unsupportive in all possible ways, originally telling us the landlord accepted our request to leave early, but when we asked for the proof on email this was never sent, i chased and spoke with Sandra who had said we already received this, but we had not and rudely spoke to me saying she would send it again, on further receipt of the letter it was the same original letter, the frustration caused by constantly having to chase led to both me and my partner falling ill.
Only person to ever show sympathy and speak to us like humans was Dan the sales manager, sadly not the person we had to deal with or this review would be far more positive.
Anyone thinking of working with this branch, i implore you to not.

I've had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. The lack of professionalism and assistance is truly appalling. The tenants caused significant damage to my property, which I only discovered after years of their tenancy. I had to resort to ordering a skip to deal with the mess. Despite being assured of the property's good condition over the years, it was anything but. I strongly advise steering clear of this agency!

We viewed a property before Christmas with all intentions of proceeding with application. Had everything lined up to go. We called frank Innes and was told they would contact the tenant to arrange but may be after Christmas period , which we were fine with and totally understood , heard nothing back from frank Innes so tried to call ourselves to chase but no answer. Left numerous messages asking to be called back. This didn't happen and the property was let underneath us. Which meant we had to start all over again. I myself am an estate agent and in the company I work would never do this to public. It was a huge shame as I found the lady Naomi a delight to speak with. Massively let down and unfair.

She needs to wipe that smug look off her face and smile for once!, they never passed things on to the landlord to get fixed they just ignored emails so we had no fence in the back garden for about a year, when we moved out they took money off us in our deposit even tho we left the house nicer then when we got it I asked for receipts for the money they took out of our deposit but I just get ignored by rami, they need to work on customer service immensely they are not happy or helpful at all! Do not rent any houses from these people!!!

Horrendous communication! Spent two days trying to book a letting viewing. Spoke to 4x different people at Ashby de la Zouch branch until I was finally told a lady was dealing with the property at Loughborough branch. I was told on numerous occasions that someone would call me back - they never did. I had to call back each time. Finally spoke to the right person at Loughborough who knew nothing about my enquiry but then promised she would call back to confirm an appointment to view! What a surprise - she didn't, so at that point I have up! Went to another agent to find a flat. Terrible, terrible customer service!

DO NOT USE. Worst estate agents. First off took over 2000 pounds before we even started spent a month without a working toilet. Had a nice boiler leak and all i was told was to put a tub underneath as it would take 2 days to get to us. Been in that property 3 months and have asked if we can pull out early. We were told yes but would have to pay to re asvertise and to pay for every month property was empty. We explained that we were getting death threats from our neighbour but she said that what they do isnt our concern its the tenant that we are liable for. Really wish we hadnt gone with them but desperate times im afraid.

Unfortunately I had the dealings with both Sophie and Charlotte when trying to purchase a property in a local village toloughborough. The communication between the two was terrible and after making an offer on a property the feedback received was beyond poor. In a village environment it very easy to find out the real facts rather than those given and it is disappointing to realise how unprofessional in my opinion the service was. You can see from other reviews left, that there is a cultural problem within this business.I will never use this agent for any services and strongly recommend you steer clear whether buying or selling your house.

Jessica was rude and very unprofessional. The viewing of the prospective property were rearranged one week in advance. On the day of the viewing she rang an hour before the viewing and left a message saying, "if I am not hearing from you within few minutes I will cancel your appointment". This tone of language is aggressive and unreasonable. Not only that, when we have rung her back, she said due to the fact that she got another appointment can we move to Monday, which is ridiculous. Due to her incapability of organising her own time, customer would have to suffer. I strongly recommend you NOT to use this agent at all because if they can't treat customers with respect then how can you trust them with the process of buying/selling a property.

Un-trained monkeys could do a better job then the current staff they employ!
They came to do a property inspection on 11th March 2013, highlighted 28!!! Yes 28 repairs needed in the property from mold in 5 rooms, to the kitchen sink coming away from the wall and rotting underneath.
The property decor is nearly 40 years old in every room!
Fobbed off continually by staff, saying every-time the robotic line "I need to chase it up for you."
6 Months on 0 repairs carried out! Property now far worse than it was, kitchen sink pipe work has collapsed and i enjoyed clearing up approx 6 litres of water when it happened! Not!
Taken it to environmental health now and even that doesn't seem to want to kick them into gear.
Well this sink incident is the straw that broke the camels bank and I will be going to the property ombudsman, the local papers and seeking legal advice!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE ANY OTHER AGENTS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH FRANK INNES AND COUNTRYWIDE LETTINGS!
