I've just bought my first house, and had a very smooth and efficient buying experience using Frank Innes. I would definitely recommend them. There were a few problems along the way to do with the house, but Charlie and Luke in the Derby office were always able to smooth things out. The whole process took about three months which was pretty good. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Frank Innes

So at first they were fine although I did have to chase them for inspection reports & they aren't great at answering the phone but then things got worse..
They failed to turn up to an inspection, didn't inform the tenants or myself as the landlord.. so 6 weeks later when I requested the report.. they were like oh there's been a miscommunication and we'll do it next week.
One of there sales guys laughed at me on call because there was no-one for him to escalate to when I urgently needed to speak with someone.
Oh and there's a 6 month cancellation notice period on their full management service.
I would not recommend this company under any circumstances so I would suggest seriously thinking twice about using this management company.. despite how cheap they are, remember you get what you pay for!

I’ve used many Estate agents over the years but I can honestly say that Frank Innes is by far the best I’ve ever used....from the time I purchased the property to the actual moving day they kept me fully up-to-date on what was happening. After 25 years using Frank Innes to rent out a property of mine, I now have found myself compelled to move to another agent.
The service I have received from Olivia was nothing but a bad one.
As one tenant left I needed to give the place a deep clean and decorate before the next one went in.
On closer inspection after the new tenant did a flit after 2 months on a ' No deposit scheme' (which I felt pushed into by Olivia) neither had been done .
Her attitude throughout this year has been Curt, rude, and doesn't care whatsoever about the standard of tenant , only her commission.
In this world of Customer Service has to be top notch for any business to survive, please can someone tell Olivia that .
