He assured us he could get all the paperwork done in time and he was true to his word - we collected the keys a week after viewing the property with Paul. We had a great time overall during this time with various property managers at these offices. Jazmine, our property manager at the Witney office, did a really good job during our tenancy. In general, there were times in which the communication with Finders Keepers across all offices was not optimal nor clear but it usually improved quickly after we reached out/prompted them and so we would obtain what we needed.

The whole process from viewings through to start of tenancy went speedily and without a hitch from FK. They guided us through the referencing process. This was invaluable as it's been the best part of a decade since either of us had rented in the UK.
