Negotiations settled on a price that vendor had accepted. Agent called back late evening on the same day to disclose that a higher offer had been made and invited us to make an even higher offer  trying to force an increase on an offer that had already been verbally accepted. 12 Dec 2017This same thing happened to us - however our offer was accepted and we paid the fee to ensure it was ours (£524) for them to only ring back on the Monday to say the landlord had gone with another...

Everything about this agency is a shambles. When any work has needed to be done to the property it has required constant calls to them before it started and on several occasions it has been left half done requiring even more calls before work was completed.
